Gas appliances can cause low-level exposure to Proposition 65
listed substances, including but not limited to, benzene, carbon
monoxide, formaldehyde and soot, substances resulting from
the incomplete combustion of natural gas or LP fuels.

COMMONWEALTH OF MASSACHUSETTS

• This product must be installed by a licensed plumber or gas
fitter qualified or licensed by the State of Massachusetts.
When using ball-type gas shut-off valves, you must use
the T-handle type. Multiple flexible gas lines must not be
connected in series.
