The rubber blades (1) can be replaced by loosening the
M8 bolts and removing the steel plates. Be aware that
the chamfer of the blades is positioned correctly in rela-
tion to the direction of rotation, see illustration. To assist
the replacement, the motor can be removed, and the
adaptor inserted (see section "Electrical installation"),
whereby the rotor can be rotated manually.

Should the sealing segments (2) also be replaced, do
this before re-mounting the rubber blades by loosening
the countersunk screws. Make sure the nuts on the rear
are correctly seated in the segment before tightening
the countersunk screws, see illustration.
The separator's top part is closed in the reverse order.
