Description of fault
Live image of Stemi 305 cam does
not appear in Labscope / Matscope
of some of the connected iPads, is
not stable or delayed
Several Stemi 305 cam as well as
your iPad are correctly added to
the same external Wi-Fi net. Some
of the live images do not appear in
Labscope/Matscope, are not stable
or delayed.
Should any other faults occur or should you have queries regarding troubleshooting, please contact your

TROUBLESHOOTING
Cause of error
Maximum Wi-Fi distance
exceeded,or too many iPads
connected to the Wi-Fi net provided
by Stemi 305 cam
Too many Stemi 305 cam connected
to one access point of the external
Wi-Fi router

Troubleshooting
Reduce the distance between iPad
and Stemi 305 cam.
If more than 5 iPads are connected,
use a powerful external Wi-Fi router
and connect Stemi 305 cam and all
iPads to it's network (see mode
"Connect to existing WLAN",
chapter 4.2).
Add additional access points to your
external Wi-Fi network. Place groups
of 5-10 Stemi 305 cam around each
Wi-Fi access point. Connect each
microscope in the same group to
the Wi-Fi SSID of the groups' "own"
access point.
