the electrical equipment has been designed and
constructed in accordance with the relevant regula-
tions. These regulations consider operating condi-
tions in relation to the surrounding environment.
The list specifies the conditions required for the cor-
rect operation of the electrical equipment.
– The room temperature must not be less than 5°C.
– Relative humidity must be between 50% (meas-
ured at 40°C) and 90% (measured at 20°C).
– The place of installation must not be a source of
electromagnetic
(Xrays, lasers, etc.).
– The room must not have areas with concentra-
tions of gas or powders which are potentially ex-
plosive and/or represent a fire hazard.
– The products and materials used during
production and maintenance must not con-
tain contaminants or corrosives (acids,
chemicals, salts, etc.) and must not be able
to penetrate and/or come into contact with
the electrical components.

The rate of accidents deriving from the use
FR
of appliances depends on many factors
which cannot always be foreseen and con-
ES
trolled. Some accidents may be caused by
unpredictable environmental factors, while
others are due above all to the behaviour of
users. As well as receiving authorisation
and appropriate instruction, if necessary,
the first time they use the appliance, users
must carry out a few simulated practice op-
erations in order to get to know the controls
and the main functions.

RECOMMENDATIONS FOR USE
– During transport and storage, the ambient tem-
perature must be between -25°C and 55°C. How-
ever, the electrical equipment may be exposed to
a temperature of up to 70°C, provided the expo-
sure time does not exceed 24 hours.
If it is not possible to comply with one or more of
the conditions listed, essential for correct opera-
tion of the electrical equipment, agreement must
be reached in the contract concerning the addi-
tional features required to create the most suitable
conditions (e.g. special electrical components, air-
radiation
conditioning equipment, etc.).
Use only as intended by the constructor
and never tamper with any device to obtain
performance levels outside the rated spec-
ifications. Before use, check that the safety
devices are properly installed and in good
working order. As well as taking care to
meet these requirements, users must also
implement all safety regulations and read
the description of the controls and the
start-up procedure carefully.
