12.0 Customer Training

In-service training is recommended and can be arranged
through your Gaymar dealer.

13.0 Warranty

The Medi-Therm II Hyper/Hypothermia machine is
warranted free of defects in material and workmanship
for a period of two years under the terms and conditions of the Gaymar warranty in place at the time of purchase.
The compressor portion of the machine carries a five
year prorated warranty. Contact your local dealer if you
have questions about warranty or repair.

13.1 Return Authorization

Please contact your local dealer to obtain an RG
(Returned Goods) number prior to returning the
machine.
NOTE: Machines and blankets will not be accepted
for repair unless they have been cleaned and
disinfected.
