exercises 10 to 20 times. The exercises are easier if you elevate your
foot and cool the joint with ice before doing the exercises.
To achieve the best possible treatment results always wear the brace
with trainers.
Fitting instructions
• Adjust the heel width. Position the heel rest with the Velcro strap so
that the side pieces hug the ankle closely. (Fig. 1)
• Open all the Velcro straps and fasteners.
• Hold the injured joint at 90°. Put the brace on so that the heel is in the
centre of the heel rest and the side pieces hug the ankle closely.

• Now fasten the lower Velcro fastener. Make sure that the side pieces
remain parallel. (Fig. 3)
• Close the upper Velcro fastener.
• Pull one or both straps tight alternately until the brace fits firmly.
Make sure it does not press too tightly on the ankle joint. (Fig. 4)
Care instructions
Velcro fasteners should be closed for washing. Soap residues, lotions
and ointments can cause skin irritation and material wear.
• Wash the product by hand, preferably using medi clean washing
agent.
• Do not bleach.
• Leave to dry naturally.
• Do not iron.
• Do not dry clean.
