1. Turn the power switch off and unplug the power cord
2. Remove the measuring head cover by loosening the head cover screws.
3. Gently lift the measuring head cover and pull the connector plug from its socket on
the computer board.
4. Turn the cover over so that the under side is visible.
5. Remove the four screws which attach the logic board assembly to the measuring
head cover. Remove the logic board assembly.
6. Place the new logic board assembly inside the measuring head cover and replace the
four screws which attach it to the inside of the measuring head cover.
7. Plug the new connector plug into the computer board.
8. Replace the measuring head cover.
