1. Turn the power switch off and unplug the power cord.
2. Remove the brush tank with the water regulator attached.
3. The brush tank plate assembly is now visible. Remove the eight screws on the front
panel. See Figure T. Slide the brush tank plate assembly out from under the tape
channel.
4. Disconnect the orange and white wires running from the brush tank plate assembly
to the left side of the machine. Remove the white and black supply wire from the
power switch on the brush tank plate.
5. Replace the old assembly with the new one.
6. Reconnect the orange and white wires on the new brush tank plate assembly to the
machine by replacing the wire nuts which group these wires. View the machine from
the back. The inside of the brush tank plate should be visible. Reconnect the black
supply wire to the top, left post on the switch and connect the white supply wire to
the top, right post on the switch.
