Potato Gratin
Add a little oil to raw potatoes to prevent them from sticking together
and to make them crispier. Add the oil after you have cut the potatoes
and before placing them in the fry basket. Subsequent stirring will dis-
tribute the oil onto the cut surfaces. Drain any excess oil before placing the pota-
toes in the fry basket.
