Suitable foodstuffs and preparation
You can process just about any firm fruit or vegetable types into spirals.
For example:
• zucchini
• carrots
• pumpkin
• potatoes and sweet potatoes
• beetroot
• parsnip
• celery root
• radish
• kohlrabi
• broccoli stems
• apples
• pears
Preparing the ingredients
Before processing, cut the food so that it fits the diameter of the funnel. The
best way to process the ingredients is to cut them flat on the top and bottom.
Spiral and chopping mode
The device can be used to make spirals out of vegetables or to cut the vegetables
into slices or to chop them.
To change the function:
1. Press the cutting function button and keep it in.
2. Turn the funnel counterclockwise.
3. Release the cutting function button when turning the funnel.
