Hard ware installatio n
1.
C hoose a location for the came ra. Ke ep the following guide lines
in m ind:
o Do not install the came ra in locations whe re ex treme ly high or
low te mpe ratures or ex ce ssive vibrations may occur. Do not
install ne ar heating or cooling de vices.
o Avoid mounting the cam e ra near high ele ctro-magne tic fie lds.
o Do not aim the came ra at the sun or othe r e x tre me ly bright
obje cts or re fle ctions (e .g. me tal doors). This may damage the
image se nsor.
2.
Use the mounting bracke t [2] to de te rm ine the location of the
mounting hole s. Drill the holes and se cure the bracke t.
Wiring
1.
C onne ct the powe r conne ctor [B] to a 12 VDC powe r supply (not
incl.).
2.
C onne ct the BNC conne ctor [A] to a monitor (not incl.).
Note : for optimum image quality, kee p the powe r and vide o
cable s as short as possible.
Lens
The zoom and focus of the le ns are adjustable , as follows:
1.
Use a hex ke y to ge ntly loose n the scre w on the lens.
2.
Point the came ra towards the fie ld of inte re st and adjust the
le ns.
3.
Ge ntly tighte n the scre w.

Operation
The joystick allows adjusting se ttings in the came ra's on scree n
display (O SD).
