Inspection plan (Telescopic Ladder)
During the regular inspection of the ladders, inspection points 1. - 5. should be taken into account.
The ladders may only be used when all the points have been inspected and no defects are present.
Check appropriate box with an "x" / Confirm inspection with date and signature
