THERMEX SLIM S4 PLUS
USE OF THE HOOD
This hood has:
• LED lights
• Boost function
• After-running
• Periodic room ventilation
• Filter cleaning indicator
CONTROL PANEL

When a function is activated, the diode over the button will light up.
NOTE: To activate the hood's functions, the extractor on the hood must be pulled out. If the extractor is pushed in, all of the activated functions will be
turned off.
EXTRACTION
The motor is activated by pressing the button for the desired speed. The motor is deactivated by pressing the extraction off button.
BOOST FUNCTION
Slim S4 Plus has a boost function, which is activated by pressing the button for step 3 for approx. 5 seconds until the LED above the button begins to
flash. The hood will run on boost for approx. 5 minutes, after which it will drop down to level 3 automatically.
LIGHT
The light on the hood is turned on and off by pressing on the on/off light button. The light can be turned on independently of whether the motor is
activated.
AFTER-RUNNING
If after-running is activated, the motor will run for 15 minutes at the selected speed. Press the after-running button to activate the function regardless
of the speed at which the motor is running. The speed can be controlled when after-running has been enabled. The after-running button and the se-
lected speed will light up when the function is activated.
PERIODIC ROOM VENTILATION
If periodic room ventilation has been activated, the hood will run at level 1 for 10 minutes every hour. The function is activated by pressing the after-
running button for approximately 5 seconds until the after-running and level 1 buttons begin flashing. The hood will run for 10 minutes, after which the
extractor is turned off and the buttons will stop flashing. The after-running button will remain lit to indicate that the function has been activated.
Periodic room ventilation is deactivated by pressing the extraction off button or by pushing the extractor in.
RECIRCULATION
The hood can be used for recirculation. This is used in kitchens and in locations where there is no possibility of venting into the open-air. The air is first
drawn through the grease filter and then through a filter with active carbon to remove odours.
NOTE: Two recirculation filters must be used, which are installed on the motor. The recirculation filters are not included in the purchase of the hood, but
can be purchased with item number 535.42.9000.9.
