5) When the charging symbol on the display remains permanently lit up
(see fig. 4), the battery is fully charged (3–4 hours). Unplug the charging
cable from the charging receptacle.
6) Close the charging receptacle cover.

6.1 Display of the current charge level

The current charge level is displayed in the status bar when the remote con­
trol is switched on. If the remote control is connected to a prosthesis, the
charge level of the prosthesis battery is shown as well.

7 Preparation for Use

7.1 Initial connection between remote control and prosthesis

INFORMATION
The prosthesis serial number is needed to connect the remote control to
the prosthesis. This begins with the letters SN and is found in the following
position depending on the prosthesis:
Knee joints: On the inside of the frame.
Prosthetic feet: On the spherical cap.

1) Use the key to activate the remote control unit.
→ The start-up screen appears and shows the battery charge level of
the remote control, as well as the date and time (see fig. 5).
2) Press the key to start the search for prostheses (see fig. 6).
INFORMATION: The remote control automatically switches off
after 5 seconds if no other keys are pressed.
→ The serial number of the prosthesis that was found appears in the
display (see fig. 7).
