► The remote control unit should be inspected by the prosthetist before it
is used again. If necessary, the prosthetist will send the unit to an
authorised Ottobock Service Centre.

5 Scope of Delivery and Accessories

Scope of Delivery
• 1 pc. 4X350 Remote Control or
1 pc. 4X350-X3 Remote Control
• 1 pc. 647G1137 instructions for use (user)

6 Charging the battery

The following points must be observed when charging the battery:
• The battery should be charged for at least 3 hours prior to initial use.
• Use the 757L16* power supply to charge the battery.

1) Slide the country-specific plug adapter onto the power supply until it
locks into place.
2) Open the charging receptacle cover of the remote control unit.
3) Plug the power supply cable into the charging receptacle of the remote
control until the plug connector of the cable snaps into place (see fig. 1).
INFORMATION: Ensure correct polarity (guide lug). Do not use
force when connecting the cable plug to the charging receptacle
of the remote control.
4) Plug the power supply unit into the outlet (see fig. 2).
→ The green LED on the back of the power supply lights up.
→ The charging process starts.
The current charge level of the remote control battery is shown on
the display.
Battery empty (see fig. 3), battery fully charged (see fig. 4). This
symbol flashes as the battery is charging.
→ If the green LED on the power supply does not light up, there is an
error (see Page 44).
→ The battery is fully charged after approx. three or four hours, after
which the symbol in the display remains permanently lit up.
