17.6 Cleaning
Filter, teapot and filter pot

dishwasher..
Dry thoroughly.
Enclosure

cloth.
► Do not immerse the tea maker in water.
Water tank
Like all hot water appliances, the tea maker must be decalcified regularly.
Limescale in the appliance cause noises, and the brewing process takes longer, which
increases the electricity used.
Pour approximately 750 ml of water and approximately 150 ml vinegar concentrate or
vinegar into the tea maker and switch on the machine. After decalcifying, rinse the
machine by operating it 2 times with 750 ml of clear water.
Depending on the hardness of the water and degree of use, you should decalcify the
tea maker about once every 2 weeks.
