Certain REDMOND multicookers feature an overheat protection in STEW/CHILI and SOUP programs. In case there is no liquid in the bowl, the device au-
tomatically interrupts the program and switches to KEEP WARM.
Reduce the time or follow the recipe recommendations
Add enough amount of oil just to cover the bottom of the bowl. Stir ingredients thoroughly while sauteing
or turn over as required
Add more liquid. Avoid opening the lid while stewing
Follow recommended ratio of liquids to solids while cooking
Grease the bottom and sides of the bowl with butter or oil before baking (do not pour oil inside)
Sauteing foods, do not stir the ingredients more often than every 5-7 minutes
Reduce the time or follow the recipe recommendations
Use ingredients according to the recipe. Try to avoid using ingredients that cause excess moisture or use
them in smaller amounts
We recommend taking baked product out of the appliance right after the baking cycle finishes or leaving
it in KEEP WARM for a short period of time only
