TROUBLE SHOOTING

BEFORE YOU START WORKING FOR THE ELIMINATION OF DEFECTS, DISCONNECT THE
MACHINE FROM THE POWER SUPPLY.
Fehler
Motor does not run
Loud noice when running
Drill runs erratically
Drill is hot and smokes
Motor runs but no rotation or
weak drilling power
MANY POTENTIAL SOURCES OF ERROR CAN BE CLEARED BY THE EXPERTLY
CONNECTION TO THE ELECTRICITY GRID.

 Incorrect belt tension
 Drill chuck not assembled

 Drill chuck jaws worn or damaged
 Spindle or boring is worn
 Too fast speed for material being
drilled
 Belt tension too low
 Pulley belt diry, slippery
