Cause
Mains failure
Mains failure
Machine overloaded
Blunt saw blade
Stop rail of the universal and/or of

Elimination
Check mains back-up fuses.
The machine does not restart due
to the installed under-voltage
protection and must be turned on
again after power has returned
Check mains back-up fuses
Reduce feed speed
Hold workpiece and turn motor off
immediately. Then exchange the
saw blade
Readjust the stop rail, see Section
5.8
Replace saw blade
Remove the chips after turning the
machine off. For this purpose, open
the slider 39 (Fig. 10 - page 4). The
chips in the chip duct can now be
easily removed downwards. The
close the slider again
Use an extraction unit, which
guarantees an air speed of at least
20 m/s (65.6 ft/sec.) at the
extraction connection piece
Open the slider 39 (Fig. 10 - page
4). The wood particles can now be
easily removed downwards out of
the chip duct.
If this should not be completely
possible, lower the saw blade as
far as possible. The close the slider
again
Clean components and grease or
lubricate
