4. Remove the generator cover as indicated in figure number 9.
5. Replace the faulty resistances, loosening the upper screws. Insert the
copper joints provided in the same place where they were located. To be
sure it is water-tight, be sure to use joint sealant.
6. Make use of this opeation to completely clean the reboiler, with a scale
remover.

Cleaning the drain valve.
In installation with an excess of lime in the water, it is normal that the drain
becomes blocked. When this happens, the steam generator stops and the
out processor pilot number 5 illuminates. To clean, follow these instructions.
Loosen the two screws that hold the valve in place and remove the pipe and
valve. Clean the copper pipe, the valve and the generator pipe on the lower
side with a wire or similar material.
For best result, you can clean all of the parts with a scale remover. Do this
operation with a brush.

In installation with an excess of particles in the water, it is normal for the
filling valve to become plugged. When this occurs, the out pilot number 1
constantly lights up and the generator doesn't work. This valve is equipped
on the inside with a particle filter. To clean, disassemble the valve and clean
the filter as indicated in figure number 14.

The generator is protected by a security fuse to protect the machinery from
any electrical mishap.
IF you see that is has electrical voltage, but the generator does not work;
replace the fuse with one of the same characteristics (Type B cartridge
fuse) as indicated in the photographs.
