Work time
z Allows the user the option of setting the operating time from 15
minutes up to 2 hours and 'MAX' which is generally 2.5 to 3.5
hours, depending on grass type and condition.
z This menu is used when operating the mower in Manual Start
from the Base Station, as when the mower departes automatic
from the Base Station, the 'Work time' it used is as defined in the
weekly program.

External Base
z Allows the option to setup the Base Station outside the lawn; re-
commended when you want to conceal the mower from people
eyes while not mowing.
z The default set by the producer is set to 'off'; if you setup Robo
Scooter 500 outside the lawn it is required to change the setting
of 'External base' to 'on'.
z The mower follows the wire for 5m (15ft) from the Base Station
before it enters to mow the inner area, thus it is recommended to
set the Base Station at maximum 3-4m (10-13ft) from the lawn;
however if you want to set the mower in a bigger distance from
the lawn, you have to increase the 'Distance' setting (in the 'Ex-
ternal base' menu) respectively.

Child Guard
Child guard is a feature that when activated will help deter use by
young children and other unauthorized people. It will prevent operati-
on to those not familiar with the mower.

It is strongly recommended to use the "Child Guard" menu op-
tion in order to prevent operation by children or others who are
not familiar with the safe operation of the Robomow.
z The key sequence to unlock the guard for operation is pressing
the 'UP' arrow key and then the 'STOP' key to unlock the controls.
Two minutes of inactivity will re-lock the keys.

The anti-theft system provides the user a disabling function that will
