A P P L I C A T I O N
▷ Fit the Lava™ milling machines with the tools for Lava™ Wax. These
are:
E N ▪ Type 11
▪ Type 12
▪ Type 13
▪ Type 18

Preparation for the final sintering

▷ Remove the Ceramill Sintron frames from the blank using a cross-
toothed carbide cutter.
▷ After removal from the blank, brush off adhering milling dust from
the frame with a suitable brush.
In the blank condition (unsintered), the frame may not be steamed
off or subjected to other moist environments (e.g. ultrasonic bath)
under any circumstances.
▷ Place the Ceramill frames for sintering into the sintering bowl filled
with sintering pearls.
▷ To ensure proper support, place the frames with slight pressure
onto the sintering pearls.
▷ Mount sintering bowl and sintering aids together.
▷ Place sintering bowl incl. the sintering aids into the furnace.
