Faulty sintering results!
▷ Normally, the sintered bridges have a silver colour. When the
frame or certain areas show signs of oxidation, select the sintering
result using the document for evaluation of the sintering results
(see Ceramill M-Center homepage, protected download area).
Post-processing
Post-processing fully anatomical dentures
After the final sintering has taken place:
▷ Thoroughly blast off the frame with a fine-blasting unit using pure
110 – 250 μm aluminium oxide at a pressure of 3 - 4 bar.
▷ If required, rework/adapt the frame using a cross-toothed carbide
cutter.
▷ For fully anatomical restorations, polish using commercially availa-
ble polishing aids (rubber polishers, brushes, NEM polishing paste).

▷ Thoroughly blast off the frame with a fine-blasting unit using pure
110 – 250 μm aluminium oxide at a pressure of 3 - 4 bar.
▷ If required, rework the frame using a cross-toothed carbide cutter.
