▷ Place the Ceramill Zolid frames for sintering into the sintering bowl
(178370) filled with sintering pearls (178311).
▷ To ensure proper support, place the frames with slight pressure
onto the sintering pearls.
NOTE:
▷ Pay attention that no pearls are jammed in the interdental spaces
or located in the crown cavities!
▷ Perform the final sintering of the frames according to the following
program:
▪ Heat-up phase: Room temperature to final temperature 1450 °C;
Heating rate 5 - 10 K/min
▪ Dwell time at final temperature: 2 hrs
▪ Cooling phase: Final temperature 1450 °C to room temperature
(at least < 200 °C); approx. 5 K/min (approx. 5 hrs)

Post-processing
If required, the zirconium oxide frames can be reworked after the final
sintering without pressure, using a water-cooled lab turbine and suit-
able diamond grinding points (recommended grain approx. 40 μm).
Frame preparation for veneering
After checking the fitting accuracy, contact points and occlusion:
▷ Clean the interior crown surfaces by means of corundum blasting
(aluminum oxide, 110 μm, pressure ≤ 2 bar) and subsequent steam-
ing off.
