Solution
Check with other 5V USB power adapter (for
mobile)
Purchase new cable
Check the power outlet / line / fuses
Check conductivity sensor connection to the unit
Check for air bubbles, make few vertical moves with
the cell in the solution
Clean the electrodes according to its manual or
replace the conductivity sensor
Check cable and connector, replace the sensor
Use a different sensor or meter
Measure after the solution temperature stabilizes
Move the meter to a place where it is not subject to
dielectric effects. Be sure to ground devices that are
using commercial electricity.
Response time may slow down, depending on the
properties of the sample solution.
Make sure the sample entirely covers the probe
sensors Probe not immersed enough
Replace sensor
Clean electrodes or replace the sensor
Press the result to show frame around it. Press and
hold the CALIBRATION button till displaying red
background colour.
