5.3. VERIFICATION POINTS PRIOR TO USE
The current supply and its related
tension must be those stipulated on the
characteristics label.
Check the machine and look for lose pieces (screws,
nuts, covers etc) and for any damages. Tighten, repair
or replace the pieces that you have noticed not to be
in a perfect working order. Do not use the machine if it
has lose or damaged pieces.
5.3.1. VERIFICATION OF THE ELECTRICAL
CONNECTION
Check that the connection to the mains is correct and
that the electric current is adequate for the machine.
Any attachments must comply with to the needs of
this machine.
Check that the cable is behind the machine and never
in the working area.
5.3.2. VERIFICATION OF WATER CONNECTION
Open the water intake and check that there are no
leakages. If there are any leakages, replace or repair
the hoses or its connectors.
5.3.3. PLACEMENT OF THE MACHINE
Ensure the machine is in a vertical and stable position.
5.4. START UP AND STOPPAGE
The gun has a closing security device
that if in place will not allow the gun to
function.
Before starting the machine, the machine
must have its internal circuit full of water.
To fill, push the trigger of the gun with
the machine stopped (switch in the ¨o¨ position) until
water with no pressure drips from the lance. If the
pump works with the internal circuit not full of water
(working in dry conditions), the pump will be damaged.
Start up:
Place the switch in position
¨ON/I¨.
Remove the blocking
security device of the gun
and action the trigger.
Stoppage:
Place the switch in the ¨OFF/0¨ position. The engine of
the machine will stop.
The TSS system allows the engine to stop when the
trigger is not pressed. For a proper usage, once the
trigger is not pressed, we should wait 4 or 5 seconds
before pressing the trigger again.
If the machine has not been used for a
couple of minutes you must place the On/
Off switch to the Off position ¨OFF/O¨.
NOTE: When pressing the trigger, the power of the
water forwards will have a back pull on the user.
Always hold the lance with two hands and tightly and
always be in a stable position to avoid falling over or
watering unwanted areas.
5.5. VERIFICATION AFTER USE
Check that when the trigger is not pressed, water
does not flow out under pressure through the lance,
hose or any connectors.
