Connect the programming cable to the radio and to a USB port in the computer. Then turn on the radio.
Return to the Devices Manager and identify the
COM port where is connected to (COM3 port is
shown in the example).

In the RAD-010 software, select the Setting, Set Com, and
choose the port that you previously wrote (in the COM3
example).
