Set the temperature you want using the temperature controller [8]. Please refer to the table
below. The grill begins to heat up from around temperature setting 1.

Please wait until the grill has reached the desired temperature. The indicator light [9] is lit
while the grill is heating up. As soon as the grill reaches the temperature set, the indicator
light [9] goes out.

Place the food directly onto the grill plate [6]. Never use any aluminium foil, a plate or similar
objects. Turn over the foodstuff from time to time.
•
Remove the food from the grill plate [6] as soon as it is cooked.
•
Switch the grill off after use by turning the temperature controller [8] anticlockwise as far as it
will go.
•
Unplug the power plug from the mains socket and allow the grill to cool completely.
•
Clean the grill as described in the chapter on "Cleaning".
9. Maintenance/cleaning
9.1 Maintenance
WARNING! Maintenance is required if the grill has been
damaged in any way, for example, if liquid has entered the
product, if the grill has been exposed to rain or moisture, if
the grill is not working properly or if it has been dropped. If
you notice any smoke, unusual noise or strange smells,
switch off the grill immediately and pull the plug from the
mains socket. If this occurs, the grill should not be used
before it they have been inspected by authorised service
personnel. All servicing work must be carried out by
qualified specialist personnel. Never open the housing on
the grill.
