3 REPLACEMENT OF PARTS
Replacement of manometer
1. Open the case (see "Service Manual, 3 Replacement
of Parts, Open the case").
2. Cut the hose on the manometer.
3. Loosen the nut (WS 11) on the bracket (see a). Remove
the manometer forwards through the front plate.
4. To replace the glass, loosen the outer metal ring coun-
terclockwise.
Replacement of battery
1. Open the battery compartment cover on the rear of
the device using a screwdriver (see a).
2. Remove the battery using the screwdriver and replace
with a new battery (AA 1.5 V) (check polarity).
Replacement of deflate valve
1. Open the case (see "Service Manual, 3 Replacement
of Parts, Open the case").
2. Cut hose at deflate valve.

3. Using a screwdriver, press the flap on the valve body
upwards (see a). Valve can be removed from the push-
button.
Pressure regulator knob cannot be moved any-
more

1. It must firstly be determined if the pressure regulator
knob has been turned too far to the right or too far
to the left. To do this, plug the coil tubing with plugs
and connect the device to the compressed air supply.
2. If the manometer shows 0 mmHg pressure (see a),
the pressure regulator knob must be turned clockwise
(see b).

3. If the manometer shows 600 mmHg (±10 %) pres-
sure (see c), the pressure regulator knob must be
turned counterclockwise (see d).
