3 ASSEMBLY AND PREPARATION FOR USE
Assembly of the mobile stand with basket REF xx-
15-xxx
Insert lockable castors (3)
•
opposite each other into the
base (1).
Insert simple castors (2) into
•
the base (1).
Insert the stand tube (4) into
•
the base (1).
Insert the cylinder head
•
screw M8x40 (7) with
washer (6) and rotation lock
(5) from below into the base
(1) and tighten with Allen
key (8).
The bracket must be screwed
•
to the basket with the two
countersunk screws M5x12.
The bracket with basket
•
must be mounted to the
upper part of the case with
the two hexagon bolts
M6x10 (insert nuts).
Place the tourniquet device
•
with the bracket and basket
on the stand tube.
Insert the enclosed cylinder
•
head screw with internal
hex M8x25 together with
the lock washer through the
hole in the bracket into the
threaded hole of the stand
tube. Tighten with the Allen
key.

Fasten the square rail to the

stand tube with two Allen
screws (a).
Fasten the fixation plate to
•
the stand tube with counter-
sunk screw M8x20 (b).
Place the device on the fixa-
•
tion plate. Fasten using cap
nut M6 and spanner WS 10.
Assemble the steel bracket
•
with fixation plate (c) to the
basket with 2 countersunk
screws M5x12.
Hang the basket using steel
•
