Note: Before connecting, turn the control knob to the
zero setting.
Use the control cable to connect the downdraft
ventilation and the external remote blower. The plug must
snap into place.

Connect the power cable to a grounded power outlet that
is located below the countertop.
Route the power cable beneath the appliance.
Route the power cable away from heat generated by the
cooktop.
