KGXD stacked air routing

(with external bypass)

For lower bypass damper (damper already installed):

Unscrew the support screws and refasten them after installing the plate elements.

Unpack the plate elements as described by the manufacturer, then place them one

after another on base frame, seal them and secure with screws (step for individual

elements described below).

Mark up the plate element beforehand to ensure correct positioning.

3. Place element and secure 1st element with screws.

Apply sealant to element 2 and element 3

Insert and seal each cube of the plate

pack individually.

For easier installation, do not slide the

cubes in fully. Push them into their final

position when fully assembled. Secure the

cubes together at the front and rear using

screws.

way round the edge of the cube frame on

the side facing element 2.
