KGXD stacked air routing
(with external bypass)
The neighbouring cubes of the KGXD casing must be assembled on the left and right
before assembling the plate elements, for stability reasons.
Mark the position of the middle frame section (for re-installation).
The coating, bars, door panel and support
on the control side must now be removed,
so that the separate plate elements can be
inserted. The assembly area must be at
least as wide as the plate elements.
Note: The condensate pan is not load
bearing!
Then also remove the partitions. Mark the
position of the partitions on the frame (for
re-installation).
Please note:
- Partitions can be different (with door
lock, etc. for example).
- Even internal fixing screws must be
removed from the partition!
Remove middle frame section (2 pieces)
with plastic strip.
To do this, undo the screws on the front
and back of the sections.
Now the unit is freely accessible.
