KGXD stacked air routing
(with external bypass)
Position bypass casing lower section at the installation site.
Seal bypass casing lower section and struts around the circumference.
Align KGXD lower section flush with the bypass casing lower section, horizontally
and vertically.
Align bypass casing upper part flush with the lower part, horizontally and vertically.
Using screws, secure casing sections with fixed unit connector.
Use supplied M8x50 hexagon bolts and M8 nuts.
Secure casing sections with unit
connector.
Use supplied M8x50 hexagon bolts and
M8 nuts.
Remove lifting panel from lower section if
there is any present. This panel will not be
needed during the process.
To seal the casing, affix sealing tape all
the way round the edge.
