Attach/Detach the Blades
WARNING: Always handle the blades by the flat ends and the plastic handles.
1.
Place the blades alongside each other and facing the same direction so
the black plastic handles face outwards.
2.
Slot the lug in the first blade into the hole of the second blade and slide
along.
3.
Align the blades and insert them into the appliance; holding them by
the handles.
4.
Push until they click into place.
To remove:
1.
Push the Blade Release button and pull both blades from the appliance
simultaneously; holding them by the handles.
Cutting
Note: Before using for the first time clean the blades in warm soapy water. Dry thoroughly.
The appliance will only work if the power button and trigger are pressed AT THE SAME TIME.
1.
Place the blades against the item to be cut.
2.
Press both power buttons to start the blades.
3.
Apply slight pressure, but do not exert too much force. Allow the blades to cut through the foodstuff.
Cleaning, Care & Maintenance
Always turn off and disconnect the appliance from the power supply before cleaning
Take care when handling the blades.
Use warm, soapy water to clean the blades.
Use a damp cloth to clean the exterior of the appliance.
Dry thoroughly after cleaning.
