7.2 CHARGERS
• Never attempt to charge non-rechargeable batteries.
• Have defective cords replaced immediately.
• Do not expose to water.
• Do not open the charger.
• Do not probe the charger.
• The charger is intended for indoor use only.
The battery must be charged before first use. The battery will only attain full capacity after
several charge and discharge cycles.
Only use the provided adapter to charge the battery set.
Only charge the battery set when the ambient temperature is within 10° - 40 °C.
Plug the adaptor into a 230 V alternating voltage source.
The battery should under no circumstances be disassembled.
To remove the battery, press the battery release button on the top side of the battery set
and extract the battery.
Connect the plug of the charger to the loading socket of the battery set.
The red LED will light once the battery has been connected to the charger and the charging
procedure will proceed.
The battery set is completely loaded and ready for use once the green LED is lit and the
red LED is OFF – after approximately 3 hours.
Defective or used battery sets must be disposed of in specialised
refuse, and must not be placed in domestic refuse.

8 ASSEMBLY
8.1 INSTALL OR REMOVE THE SAW BLADE
WARNING: Before making any adjustments, ensure that the saw is
switched off with the lock-off button in the centre position and remove the
battery from the saw.
To avoid accidental starting, check to make sure that the lock-off button
is not engaged prior to plugging in the tool and that your finger is not
touching the on/off switch trigger
Rotate the quick-release blade clamp (3) anti-clockwise by hand.
At the same time push blade (5) to the deepest position, then release the quick-release
blade clamp (3). Make sure it is securely fastened.
When removing the saw blade (5), follow the above procedure in reverse order
