for your locality.
The
machine
is
factory
adjusted
for

volt
operation, together
with
a 500
mA
fuse.
The REVOX

can be operated
from
voltages
between

0 volts and 250 volts
according
to
the
correct
positioning
of
the
voltage selector and
may
be
used
on
50
Hz
or 60
Hz
supplies
without
modification.
Connect
the
mains cable
to
the
recorder,
having
fitted
a
suitable plug
to the
lead.
The
recorder is
now
ready
to
be
switched
on and may
be operated
in
either the horizontal
or
vertical
position.

Fold
the tape path shield,

carries

name REVOX,
backwards
and
downwards,
so that the tape path
is
exposed
and
place
the
full
spool on the turntable
to
the
left

an empty spool oÄ the turntable

Secure
the
spools
as
shown in the
diagram
be-
low:
Thread
the tape
behind
the
left
hand guide
post
(43)
and
in
front of the
heads
as
shown below, then on
to the right
hand spool, where
the
end should be sufficiently
well
secured
to
ensure
that
turning
the
spool pulls
the
tape
through
the
tape
path.

sicurezza avvolgere
qualche giro
di
nastro
sul
nucleo della bobina vuota.
