Switching on for the first time

Capsule filter
Before using Vital Capsule
for the first time:
9 Check if installation was done
according to the manual.
9 Check that water supply to the
system is turned ON.
9 Check the filter spout to be
without a filter inserted.
X Open the water on the filter
faucet and let it run without a
filter for 4 to 5 minutes. This step
is very important to empty the
house water supply system from
construction contaminations!
X Take the filter out of the plastic
and enter it in the housing nose
(with the twin system: check if it is
the right filter).
X Screw the housing nose on (if
you turn it first a halve a turn left
before closing right, it will be
easier).
X Take the battery protecting flag
out to activate the battery.
X Activate the electronic with the
reset needle by pressing for about
3 or 4 seconds.
X Led light will blink: green, green,
green indicating that system is
ready. Then light will turn off.
X Turn on the faucet to flush the new
filter for 30 seconds to remove
any carbon dust and activate the
filter (see page 5/1 ABC).
X Filtration is ready.
Chiller
When you first use the product, in
order to remove any air inside the
system, it is recommended to:
X Open the water valve and wait a
few minutes to make sure there
are no water leakage.
X If the system.includes electrical
controls, connect the product to
the power supply to enable the
delivery keys.
X Press the cold water button to
let the air out. Release the button
only when the water starts
coming out.
X Drain a few litres of cold and
warm water.
X When you first install the product,
you will have to wait approx. 1h
before dispensing cold water.
