6.2.3 Warnings and alarm messages
When an alarm occurs, a message specifying the type of alarm is displayed on the screen.
The corresponding data is recorded in the alarm log, with the name specified in the "Designation in the alarms log" column.

Fault load
The control box has detected a current consumption lower than 0.5 A: either the pump is
not connected or a phase is missing.
NOTE: This error can be suppressed by setting the motor current monitoring value to 0.0
A in the "max. current" menu.
Fault Pump 1
The motor consumption has reached the value set in the "max. current": therefore, the
control box has stopped the pump.
Fault high water
The sensor signals a high water level alarm and switches the pump on. The HW alarm is
automatically reset when the ON level is reached again.
Fault I<3mA
The external sensor is selected but the current remains below 3 mA. The cable may be
disconnected or the sensor may be defective. The fault is automatically reset when the
sensor current is within the normal range.
Fault SW
The float switches (SW) turn on in the wrong order.
Pump
Activation of the thermal control of the pump motor.
The TH1 error is automatically cleared after the motor has cooled down; TH2 must be

cleared manually.
Fault TH2
Phase error
Phase inversion in the connection to the control box of a three-phase pump.
To correct the problem, switch two phases.
Fault ATEX
The ATEX mode is activated and the water level is below the OFF level of the pump.
Run-time alarm
The pump runtime monitoring (menu "run-time") has been exceeded three times in
succession.
