Malfunction
CAUTION!
Danger during fault rectification!
Always contact AL-KO service in case of malfunctions not listed here, or if you are in doubt.
Secure the caravan prior to fault rectification. Retract the drives before transporting the caravan
to AL-KO service (manually if necessary).

Possible cause
Zero position of the joystick has
shifted
Tyre pressure too low
Excessive slope
Obstacle under the wheels
Contaminated drive
Slippery ground
Remote control defective
Flat supply battery for the dri-
ves
Poor radio link or interruption in
connection
Temperature of the drives too
high
System defective
Solution
Recalibrate the joystick:
Switch on the remote control
with keys e and f pressed
The operation LED flashes
red
Teach-in mode
Now, without operating the joy-
stick, press and hold keys d
and e simultaneously for 2 se-
conds
Correct the tyre pressure on the
caravan
Use the towing vehicle to move
the caravan to more level
ground
Check whether the wheels are
up against an obstacle (e.g.
curb edge or stone).
Clean the drive and wheels
Check the ground at all wheels
Renew the remote control and
repeat the initial start-up
Check the battery display on
the remote control, check the
battery, charge it
Reduce the range from the dri-
ves, but keep a minimum dis-
tance of 0.5 m
Check the LED on the remote
control. Allow the drives to cool
down.
Check the LED on the remote
control. If the operation LED is
lit red: Contact an AL-KO ser-
vice centre
