3.All users cannot verify at the door
Always make a habit of backing up the user data. Reset the device to
factory settings and reupload the database using a USB flash drive.
4. Lost track of who the administrator is
Locate the black pushbutton next to the power supply socket (on the
device), press and hold the pushbutton to delete the administrator.
5. The touchscreen is insensitive or too sensitive
Answer: Keep a distance between the user and the device during
power up cycle as this will affect the touch initialization.
6.USB flash drive cannot download data, "Insert USB Disk!"
shows despite it being inserted.
1. USB flash drive's capacity is less than 8GB.
2. The remaining capacity on the USB flash drive is insufficient.
7. Device repeatedly prompts for finger retry despite unattended.
The surface of the scanner is dirty or left with an imprint of the last
user's fingerprint, lightly dampen a cloth to clean the sensor.
