1.Users have trouble verifying with fingerprint
In the following situations, employees may not be able to user their
fingerprint verification
1.if your finger is too dry or too wet.
Set up a sponge saturated with proper amount of water, users may dab
their fingers in said sponge before scanning to improve sensitivity and
recognition rate.
2.Fingers affected by skin diseases, or injury
3.Improper placement of finger onto the sensor.
Be sure to place the finger parallel to the sensor, slowly increase a
moderate amount of pressure to ensure proper induction.
If none of the methods alleviates the problem, try re-enrolling a new
finger or multiple fingers to ensure proper access in the case of unrec-
ognized fingers. Another method is to register multiple user verifica-
tion methods (face, PIN, Card)
2.Device cannot communicate with computer
1.Device is off or isn't properly connected to the computer
2. Check if the computer's serial port and RS485 are functioning
properly
3.If the TCP/IP can't communicate,check whether the IP Settings are
correct and the network stability.
