Identifying feature:
– On models after 03/97 there is no key bit for starting the engine.
Fig.: 7:
Clip the brown/white wire into the free cavity 15 of the 18-pin coupling on the pneumatic
control unit.
If occupied:
solder the brown/white wire into the existing brown/white wire loop and insulate the
connection.
(For vehicles up to 02/97 clip the brown/white wire into the free chamber 2 of the 12-pin
coupling of the pneumatic control unit.)
