How to add grease
Prepare the truck for maintenance and repairs (See Maintenance Instructions ).
Remove the driving cover.(See chapter D Section1.3.2)
Add grease of the correct grade (See chapter D Table 1 Lubricants ).
Re-installation in the reverse order.
WARNING
It is forbidden to add hydraulic oil with impurity.
Checking the fuses

Fully lower the forks.
Pull out the supply plug.
Remove the hydraulic cover(See chapter D Section1.3.2)
Fuse 5A installed on main harness. Replace if necessary,

Recommissioning
The truck may only be recommissioned after cleaning or repair work, once the following
operations have been performed.
Test horn.
Test emergency brake switch.
Test brake.
Lubricate the truck in accordance with the maintenance point.
Do follow the daily checklist.

Final decommissioning, disposal
Final, proper decommissioning or disposal of the truck must be performed in accordance with
the regulations of the country of application. In particular, regulations governing the disposal of
batteries, fuels, Hydraulic oil, plastic and electronic and electrical systems must be observed.
1.6
Tire replacement
The quality of tyres affects the stability and performance of the truck. When replacing tyres
fitted at the factory, only use the manufacturer's original spare parts. Otherwise the data sheet
specifications of the truck cannot be guaranteed. When changing wheels and tyres, ensure
that the truck does not slew (e.g. when replacing wheels always left and right simultaneously).
WARNING
Only original tires have been certified by our quality assurance service. To ensure safe and
reliable operation of the fork truck, only tires of the manufacturer must be used.
