5. Adjust the 2 suspensions for the steel wire ropes to
the correct position on the horizontal tubes of the
frame. The correct position is when the distance (X)
between the steel wire rope (D) and the wall (E) of
the storage tank is 349 mm. Use 2 M20x180 bolts, 4
M20 washers, and 2 M20 locknuts.

6. Install the 6 clamps (F) at the necessary height on
the steel wire ropes. The clamps engage the limit
switch on the EBE 900 V shot blaster.
7. Adjust the drive wheels to the radius of the storage

diameter of the storage tank on page 8 .
To add and remove counterweights
CAUTION:
counterweights. The maximum permitted
total counterweight is 600 kg. This is equal
to 30 counterweights.
1. Put 12 counterweights in the opposite direction of
each other. This makes it easier to remove the
counterweights with a screwdriver.

Do not use too many
2. Attach the lifting eyes to the counterweights. The
length of the bolts on the lifting eyes is sufficient to
lift 12 counterweights at a time.
3. Put the counterweights on the counterweight rack on
the product. Use the 4 lifting eyes when you lift the
counterweights onto the counterweight rack.
4. Install the clamp rings and tighten the set screws.
5. Remove the lifting eyes.
6. To remove a counterweight, do the steps that follow.
a) Remove the clamp rings.
b) Use a flat screwdriver to slightly lift the
counterweight before you remove it.
