NOZZLES
The KIT unit consists of 3 components:
nozzle, mandrel and spring.
First select the nozzle depending on the rivet,
bore size and access to the application.
BRALO will help you select the correct assembly
via this manual. Good nozzle selection results in
correct, quality riveting.
There are two types of nozzle for special finish
finishes:
FLAT
1.
1. Flat finish: The shape of the nozzle end is flat.
This type of finish is suitable for all applications
without access restriction.
2. Concave finish: The shape of the nozzle end
is concave. This allows for higher pressure,
without reducing rivet seating.
