8. INSTALLATION
1. Initial Set-up:
• Remove the product from the package.
• Verify if the product does not present problems due to transport and whether it is in operating conditions.
• Separate all the wrapped parts and compare each of the items with the figure and list of free parts (Figure
7.1 and 7.2)
• Before disposing the wrapping material (see Environmental Orientations and Recommendations Chapter),
make sure all the items have been found.

2. Location:
• Install the bench drill in an area that is covered, illuminated, ventilated, free of dust, toxic gases, humidity
and any other kind of pollution. Places such as stockrooms, pantries, basements, garages, bathrooms and
chemically contaminated areas must be avoided. The room temperature must be adequate for the user and
the maximum recommended for the drill is 40ºC.
• Fix the bench drill on a base, horizontal and leveled table with bolts.
