BAR CODES TYPES
Bar codes (both welding and traceability) are attached to the
coupler. The data contained in the bar codes are stored in the
machine's memory once the welding procedure has started.
Welding data, including the barcode data, can be either
printed or downloaded into a USB drive. Additional parameters
can also be stored in each welding.
WELDING BAR CODE:
The welding barcode contains mainly data related to the
welding procedure (e.g. welding voltage and time, cooling
time, ...).
TRACEABILTY BAR CODE:
The traceability barcode contains mainly data related to the
coupler's manufacturing (e.g. type, brand, material, diameter,
SDR, production batch, ...).
Note: the traceability reading must be enabled to work.
