Rebate cut: Pull the cutting bar 3 out and fold out the
depth limiter 2. Set the rebating depth. Perform the
rebate or separation cut in the insulation panel by mov-
ing the cutting bar 3 to the set depth.
Use with Guardrail-holder
(see figure C)
Suitable for upright operation of the device while
attached on a scaffold guardrail.
Mount the strap 12 around the scaffold guardrail.
Standalone Usage (Optional)

Pivot the leg 13 out and insert the brace into the angle.
Maintenance and Cleaning
Before any work on the device itself, pull
the mains plug from the socket outlet.
Retighten all bolts and nuts once a year, and always
before putting into operation. Clean the wire-guide roll-
ers and the ball tracks and check their easy-running.
Replace the heating wire when heavily soiled (encrus-
tations).
Use only dry means for cleaning; do not use solvent.
When the device is put out of operation for longer peri-
ods, clean it and store in a protected location.
Calibration
Support angles, left and right: Loosen nut 14
with an open-end spanner and align the supporting rail
by turning bolt 15. Then tighten the nut again.

ufacturing and testing procedures, repair should be
carried out by a Würth masterSERVICE.

The device, accessories and packaging should be
sorted for environmental-friendly recycling.
