Pull the device out of the packaging using the recessed

Remove the protective pad and place down the device

Slightly loosen the wing handles 9, pivot out the legs

Slightly loosen the locking knobs 1. Fold out the cutting
bar 3 and retighten the locking knobs.
Loosen clamping lever 5, position the supporting rail,
left 6 and then tighten the clamping lever again. Pivot
the supporting rail 7 down. Set the insulation-panel
support 8 to horizontal position.
Connect the power cord and start the device with the
On/Off button 4.
Replacing the Cutting Wire
Attach a fitting cutting wire via the eyelet to the upper
and bottom tension spring 11. Guide the cutting wire
around the two wire-guide rollers.
Place the polystyrene insulation panel on the support-
ing rail 6.
Straight cut: Pull the cutting bar 3 out, slide the insu-
lation panel into position and perform the cut.
Bevel cut: Loosen locking knobs 1 at the top and bot-
tom, and pivot the cutting bar 3 to the desired bevel
angle. Tighten the locking knobs 1 again and perform
the bevel cut.
Mitre cut: Loosen clamping lever 5 and adjust the
desired mitre angle. Retighten the clamping lever and
perform the cut.
